14-day return policy
This gives you 14 days from the moment you receive your item to initiate a return request.In order to qualify for a return, the item must be in the exact same condition as when you received it – unworn and unused.
Problematic Returns (e.g., Defective Items)
If your item has an issue such as being defective, you can request either a replacement or a refund. However, you'll need to provide picture proof to support your claim.
Non-Problematic Returns
For returns where there isn't a specific problem with the item, we offer store credit as an option. Alternatively, you can send the item back to our Hong Kong warehouse to request a refund.
Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Damages and Issues
Please carefully examine your order as soon as you receive it.
If you notice that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Regrettably, there are certain items that cannot be returned.
- Due to hygiene concerns, earrings are not eligible for refunds.
- Items that are marked as being on SALE are non-refundable.

Return Procedures
To begin the return process, simply contact our customer services. If your return is approved, we'll send you detailed instructions on where to send your package.
Please note that any items sent back to us without first obtaining approval for a return will not be accepted.
We suggest using a signed postal service when sending back returns. Once we've received your return, we'll process it as swiftly as possible.
Allow up to 14 days from the date your return is processed for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
We do reserve the right to decline any returns that don't adhere to our return policy requirements.
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, letting you know whether the refund has been approved or not.
Refund Channel
If approved, you'll automatically receive the refund via your original payment method.
Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the processing and post the refund.
Return Shipping Fee
It's also important to note that currently, if you choose to ship the item back, we're unable to cover the return shipping cost.
However, we're actively working on collaborating with logistics partners to be able to cover these costs in the future.
