If you cancel your order for no reason between 24-48 hours after placing your order, we will issue a refund for your order, minus 5% of your order as a service fee and fees charged by cards companies for the transaction. We will not accept cancellation after 48 hours as we have already prepared and sent out your package! We offer this 48-hour window as each piece is made to order and this process begins immediately.
Please note that an order is not considered canceled until you receive a confirmation email confirming your cancellation.
