Shipping Fees

Free shipping is available for every order!

Fulfillment Timeline

All orders will be fulfilled within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.

Immediately after you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email.

If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your promotions folder as sometimes the email might end up there, which is why you might have trouble finding it.

Delivery Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. Please give it about 48 hours from the moment you receive that email for the tracking information to become accessible.

For international shipments, the tracking number we provide is your local tracking number, and it will update when the package arrives at your local post office, so there's no need to worry.

Since we only ship orders from Monday to Friday, tracking details won't be provided on weekends. If you didn't get an email with the tracking details or if you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach our customer services.

Shipping Process

All our orders are shipped either from our warehouse in Hong Kong. That's why we're able to offer free shipping to most countries.

Please allow 7 to 14 business days after shipping for delivery. (at most 30 days for special regions).Trust us, it'll be worth the wait!

Shipping for pre-ordered items

Please keep in mind that if an item is on preorder, it means we're in the process of creating these lovely pieces just for you, and it usually takes around 7 to 10 business days for your order to ship. You can contact us to find out the exact restock time. If an item in your order is marked as on preorder while the other item(s) isn't, please note that the entire order will be shipped together.

Customer and Duties

  • Shipments will be delivered with duty, charges and tax unpaid.
  • All import (customs) duties and/or taxes must be paid by customers referring to local custom policy.
  • In situations of custom delays, shipping time may take longer than usual. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of customs delays.
